Refund Policy – Keats Learning Academy

We are committed to providing quality tutoring and ensuring every student’s success.

 

1. Cancellations

• Sessions canceled 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

 

2. Refunds

• Refunds are available only for unused prepaid sessions when notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

• Once tutoring has begun, partial refunds are at the discretion of Keats Learning Academy.

 

3. Missed Sessions

No refunds for no-shows. We encourage rescheduling to maintain continuity.

 

4. Special Cases

If a tutor is unavailable for an extended period, we will offer a replacement tutor or full refund for remaining sessions.
