Keats Learning Academy provides academic tutoring, custom worksheets, and coaching for K–12 and university students.

 

2. Payment

All payments are due before scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change with notice.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All materials (worksheets, lessons, and content) are owned by Keats Learning Academy and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

 

4. Student Conduct

Students and parents agree to maintain respectful communication and punctual attendance.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive for academic improvement but cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
