Our Kitsilano academy is at 3317 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 4R9 — on West 4th Avenue, in the heart of Kitsilano. It is a dedicated tutoring space, not a shared classroom or a library corner: quiet rooms designed around the lesson, a calm check-in area for parents, and the same layout principles as our Lynn Valley flagship.
It runs on exactly the same system as North Vancouver. Every new student starts with a $34 Learning Plan Session, works from the same Keats Booklets built on the BC curriculum, and keeps the same tutor week after week. Parents get lesson notes and progress updates as their child moves through the plan.
We see students from across the West Side: Kitsilano, Point Grey, West Point Grey, Dunbar, Fairview and the neighbourhoods between. Most come in person after school; some use a hybrid of in-person and online depending on the week.

From Point Grey and Dunbar, head east along 4th. From Fairview, Downtown and the West End, cross the Burrard Bridge and continue west on 4th. Hours: Mon–Fri 3–9pm, Sat–Sun 10am–4pm.
