West Vancouver families have two ways to work with Keats Learning Academy. The first is fully online — an option many West Van parents prefer because it eliminates the commute over the bridges and gives the student more time at home. Online sessions use a shared whiteboard and document for live work, and the same tutors and booklets as our in-person students.
The second is in-person at our North Vancouver centre, 1258 Lynn Valley Rd #103. The drive from Park Royal or Caulfeild is typically 15–25 minutes via the upper levels — manageable for one or two sessions per week, especially for families already heading east for sports or school.
We work with West Van families from Sentinel Secondary, West Vancouver Secondary, Rockridge, Collingwood, Mulgrave, and the Reach independent schools. Many of our IB and AP students are West Van students.
Six reasons West Van families pick Keats over closer-to-home options.
Shared whiteboard, screen-share for problem walkthroughs, document upload for essay mark-up. Same booklets, same tutors as in-person.
UBC and other top university tutors — specialists, not generalists. Many have written the AP/IB exams your child is preparing for.
A high proportion of West Van students are in AP or IB — we have specialist tutors for every exam they're writing.
Aligned to the BC curriculum your child is being graded on — in West Van public, independent, or IB schools.
Every session: covered, confidence, homework, next focus. Visibility for working parents.
Our exclusive structured booklets — mailed or downloaded for online students, used in every session.
Online from home: the most popular format for West Van families. We'll send a calendar invite and a session link — no software to install, just a browser. Same expert tutors as our in-person students.
In-person: drive to 1258 Lynn Valley Rd #103, North Vancouver. About 15–25 minutes from Park Royal, Caulfeild, or Dundarave depending on time of day. Free parking and transit access.
