Keats Learning Academy was founded in 2025 in North Vancouver. The motivation was simple: too many families were stuck choosing between (a) generic franchise centres that hand kids worksheets and call it tutoring, or (b) freelance tutors with no curriculum, no progress notes, and no fallback if the match doesn't work. We built Keats as the thing in between — a real centre with a real curriculum, but with the personal attention of a one-on-one match.
Today our flagship centre at 1258 Lynn Valley Rd #103, North Vancouver serves families across the North Shore and online across BC. We've grown carefully — we hire fewer tutors, train more deeply, and match each student personally. Our tutors are trained at UBC and other top universities, and we're known for sticking with students through full school years and beyond.
Our pedagogy is structured around three things: (1) BC-aligned Keats Booklets we developed in-house, (2) diagnostic-first teaching that targets the actual gap, and (3) written parent updates — lesson notes and progress updates as your child moves through the plan, so progress is visible and adjustable.
