What this site uses — plainly. We use analytics and advertising measurement to understand which pages help families and to see which ads lead to enquiries. We never sell your data, and nothing we send to advertising platforms identifies your child. Below is exactly what loads and how to opt out.
What we use
Strictly necessary
Always onRequired for the site to work — page rendering, security tokens, route transitions, the booking form's anti-spam timing, and a saved draft of a booking you have started. Session-scoped or short-lived.
Examples: Session ID, security token, booking draft (24 hours).
Google Analytics 4
AnalyticsMeasurement ID G-Q0RCKX5J0G. Tells us which pages parents read, how they reach the site, and where they drop out of the booking flow. Sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Examples: _ga, _ga_Q0RCKX5J0G — 2 years.
Google Ads conversion tracking
AdvertisingConversion ID AW-23868615010. Tells us which ads lead to an enquiry, a Learning Plan Session request or an enrolment, so we do not waste money on ads that do not help families. We send the event and its value — never your child's name, school or notes. Manage personalised ads at myadcenter.google.com.
Examples: _gcl_*, and cookies set by doubleclick.net for remarketing — up to 90 days.
Google Tag Manager
Tag loaderContainer GTM-WCC33BV6. Loads and manages the tags above, including Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel. It sets no cookies of its own; everything it loads is listed on this page.
Examples: No cookies set directly.
Meta Pixel
AdvertisingLoaded through Google Tag Manager. It records that you visited, and the site reports that an enquiry, a Learning Plan Session request or an enrolment happened, with the value — never your child's details. Control what Meta uses at facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
Examples: _fbp — 90 days; fbclid stored by us for 30 days.
Microsoft Clarity
Product analyticsLoaded through Google Tag Manager. Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps — the pages visited, where people click, and how far they scroll — so we can see where the site confuses parents. Clarity masks the contents of form fields, and we do not use it to read what you type. Opt out at clarity.microsoft.com/terms, or with the browser controls below.
Examples: _clck, _clsk — up to 1 year.
Campaign attribution (first-party)
AdvertisingIf you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we store that click's identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid and any utm_ values) in your browser's local storage for 30 days, so that an enquiry made days later can be matched to the ad that brought you. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Examples: keats_attr_v1 — 30 days, first-party.
Vercel Analytics
Aggregate onlyPrivacy-friendly, aggregated page analytics from our hosting provider. It does not identify individuals and does not set advertising cookies.
Examples: Page views, anonymised referrer, aggregate session length.
About cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things between page loads and help us understand how the site is being used. Some are set by us directly; others come from the third parties listed above. We also use your browser's local storage, which works the same way but is not sent with every request.
Other third parties
- Google Fonts — serves typography. Loads on first visit, then is cached. No tracking cookies.
- Email, payment and scheduling providers — used server-side to handle enquiries, bookings and enrolment. They do not set cookies on your browser.
How to control this
- Google Analytics: the opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads: personalisation controls at myadcenter.google.com.
- Meta: ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
- Microsoft Clarity: opt-out details at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.
- Industry opt-outs: youradchoices.ca covers many advertising networks at once.
- Your browser: most browsers can block or delete cookies and site data in their settings. Clearing site data for this site also removes the campaign attribution described above.
- Enabling "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" is honoured here as a signal not to count your visit in our aggregate analytics.
